 Product Applications 

1. Mainly used as catalyst for organic reaction, such as esterification, alkylation, polymerization, isomerization, sulfonation, nitrification, etc. Anti oxidant when casting magnesium and alloy. It is the main raw material for preparing boron halide, elemental boron, borane, sodium borohydride, etc.

2. As a catalyst for condensation in many organic reactions and petroleum products, BF3 and its compounds are used as curing agents in epoxy resins. It can be used as raw material for preparing optical fiber prefabricated parts.

3. Mainly used for ion implantation and doping in semiconductor devices and integrated circuit production.
